Updated tarball (libqobs.pc.in)

The build system issue is still there.

libqobs.pc contains libdir=${prefix}//usr/lib64

in src/qobs/libqobs.pc.in, change "${prefix}/@CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR@" to "@CMAKE_INSTALL_FULL_LIBDIR@"

As requested, I have changed libdir; libdir=@CMAKE_INSTALL_FULL_LIBDIR@

I have also realised that prefix is not needed, so I have changed includedir; includedir=@CMAKE_INSTALL_FULL_INCLUDEDIR@
