Shouldn't this: +%if "%{flavor}" != "" +%dir %{p_mandir}/man1 +%endif +%{p_mandir}/man1/* read: +%if "%{flavor}" != "serial" - like in the man3 case? The empty flavor is a 'do_not_build'.
Apart from this it looks fine.
Yes, thanks for catching that one - although it would not have hurt too much, 'rpm -qf /usr/share/man/man*' gives quite some hits ...
