- Update to version 4.16.0
* Rename META_REQUIRED_FEATURES
Because those features are actually not required.
* Fix compilation with GCC 8
* Use src dir as fallback unless arg *and* env var specified
* Allow providing a special include dir for build
- Added fix_ppc64be_tests.patch
- Spec cleanup
