- Add 0001-x264enc-Set-bit-depth-for-x264-ge-153.patch to fix
10bit encoding with X264_BUILD >= 153 (bgo#796975)

Also, the following changes are submitted to update this version
with changes made in Packman to unify the code.

- Drop gstreamer-plugins-ugly-1.0.1-patched_liba52.patch and add
gst-plugins-ugly-1.8.3-a52-backport-1.9.2.patch
* Make it build with the VideoLAN SVN liba52 patched by Packman

- Enable a52dec build.

lookup gstreamer-plugins-ugly gstreamer-plugins-ugly: SUSE:SLE-15:GA

So this is a SLE package -- You will have to get the sle maintainer involved and pipe it via SLE updates

Oh, this is for 42.3 not 15.0 - and it seems 42.3 is forked already - ignore me then :-)
