well, as stated above. This is meant for testing https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/39449 and should not be accepted. Seems like @msmeissn did not see that message :(

I usually assume valid submissions and dont read comments. Add a review on yourself in such cases, or mail maintenance@opensuse.org.

For testing the updates in openqa I need to accept it of course ... just not release it.
