I want to maintain rustup.rs in Factory and would like to use devel:languages:rust as the devel project.

I'm inclined to reject this package on the basis that it probably would break the system due to it being considered a substitute for the system tools and doing weird things to the environment.

No additional feedback after 22 days, I'm closing this.
I'm not sure we should have this in openSUSE, especially since it basically turns into a weird substitute for the system compiler in a way that the rest of the system can't depend on it properly.
@luke_nukem, @ignatenkobrain, @federico-mena: Your thoughts?
There are ways to have rust from the
rustpackage and fromrustupcoexist. However, I believe it doesn't work with the spec file included in this request.https://github.com/rust-lang/rustup.rs#working-with-distribution-rust-packages
