- Remove pre-12.2 parts from build recipe
- Reduce hard dependency on systemd

Looks good to me. (I added the systemd instantiation support a couple years ago). PBlesser is the maintainer. Should he be dropped?

I think it is safe to drop, as I have not seen contributions (.changes entry) in o:Factory for a long time from the user.

I accepted the change and made me the maintainer. I still use autossh from time to time.
