This won't stop people from using it on live CD's, as we will have to Ignore: dummy-release:this-is-only-for-build-envs in order to still use it in OBS - and building Live CDs is also in OBS

what probably WOULD work though is a Conflict: python3-kiwi:dummy-release in prjconf

It seems this request broke image building:

nothing provides this-is-only-for-build-envs needed by dummy-release

Decided to create OSRT issue to track since breaks. Presumably the underlying container needs to be updated, but given using obsrepositories:/opensuse/tumbleweed that should likely have been done before this change.
