- Implement rpm -E %_dbpath for kiwi (busybox-rpm-E.patch)
- Don't require /bin/sh, be self contained
- update to 1.30.1

- Update busybox*.config
- Merge busybox.spec and busybox-static.spec and build the static
binary as subpackage
busybox-rpm-E.patch isn't mentioned in the .changes file. AFAICT it's wrong anyway - busybox doesn't do anything with the rpm database, so kiwi should just ignore the database.
Note that currently the split .spec for -static makes it possible to only have the non-static variant in Ring1, merging the .specs would break that.

Issue in kiwi got fixed, so busybox-rpm-E.patch is not necessary anymore.
