* Installing license with %license instead of %doc
* Removing unneeded fillup macros from spec
* Fixing main library group.
* lib3270 (protocol library) is required to build lib[v]3270 (GTK stuff) and lib3270-devel is required to lib[v]3270-devel. the split in two libraries was required to avoid gtk dependencies in non GUI packages.
* static library is required to build old plugins and extensions (like HLLAPI); it will be removed at some point in the future.
