- remove xxf86misc from BuildRequires as it got removed from TW
- add patch:
* drop-libXxf86-dependency.patch: drop the dependency on libXxf86
fixes boo#1139857. Adapted for MATE 1.22.1 needs to be rebased
for MATE 1.23
- use %autosetup for easier maintanance
