It seems you partially reverted my change https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/688023. Note that this might break users of llvm, since /usr/lib/cmake/llvm/LLVMExports.cmake states that LLVMgold should be available. If it isn't, configuration will fail. This should be reproducible with a simple CMakeLists.txt saying

find_package(LLVM CONFIG REQUIRED)

Note that whether we package LLVMgold has nothing to do with whether the gold linker is used for building. The linker plugin can also be used with the bfd linker, as far as I know.
