I'm going to decline this because upstream does not suport 389-console anymore, and we should be removing it from network:ldap and all repositories that this flows into.

The source project 'home:worldcitizen:branches:network:ldap' has been removed
I'm a bit concerned about this - the version of 389-ds in network:ldap is 1.4.x and upstream has ceased support of the java console since 1.3.x. As a result, I don't think we should be accepting this submission, and we should actually be removing the packages as a whole because they are no longer supported or maintained.
