Marius, please review the backport and and accept this submission if it is OK.

the change is not needed for openSUSE, because NetworkManager brings its own dhclient-script and wicked doesn't use dhclient at all.
NOTE: I guess, there is a reason to keep 4.3.6-P1 (which EOL in July 2018). Since I backported the patch, please have a look into before accepting this change.
Warning from: https://downloads.isc.org/isc/dhcp/4.4.1/dhcp-4.4.1-RELNOTES WARNING: The new default value of 128 may not be backwardly compatible with your environment. If you are operating without a router, such as between VMs on a host, you may find they cannot see each other with prefix length of 128. In such cases, you'll need to either provide routing or use the command line parameter to set the value to 64. Alternatively you may change the default at compile time by setting DHCLIENT_DEFAULT_PREFIX_LEN in includes/site.h.
The reason for still sticking with 4.3.6-P1 is that our infiniband patches don't easily apply to the new version and we haven't yet gotten around to port them.
Reinhard, thanks for info!
