Yet another CNI plugin. I want to experiment with ovnkube on kubic as an alternative for cilium or flannel, mostly because of the recent activity in OvS/OVN to enable native support for BPF and XDP.
If you want to read more about that:

We (network team + cloud team) are thinking about using OVN as the technology which will make networking of Kubernetes and OpenStack consistent. OVN has both CNI and Neutron plugin. So it should be possible to connect both Kubernetes and OpenStack workloads.
ovnkube, OvS and OVN are all written in Go and C and they use normal build systems. So I don't expect so much pain as we have with Envoy and Bazel...
A git changelog does not really belong into the .changes if it's not specifically curated. Nor is 300 lines really meaningful, I can't think of a enduser who'd read through all of it.
Then what I'm supposed to put as a changelog if there are no release notes?
Something like "No changelog was available". It's even documented: https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Creating_a_changes_file_(RPM) near "If you cannot find anything in the aforementioned set of places,"
