It doesn't make any sense to fix bpo#34033 in individual packages. Once this is fixed upstream (and so far, the upstream bug is about inclusion of our patch), it will be done automagically everywhere.

Why are you compiling the python3 bytecode even on python2? It works right now as the package specifies skip_python2 but the logic is completely wrong.
