Where it makes sense (i.e. for stuff which is included in Factory already). E.g. poppler is unwanted nowadays and some others probably would need to much work to get the deps into the distribution.
Sorry, I overlooked that comment. Normally I don't accept requests without clearing comments before. There were too much from you on one go. :-)
