I am not sure a sr is the correct way to submit this _constraints change for kernel-docs. I was not able to reduce my trial to only kernel-docs ppc64/ppc64le, reason why so many still scheduled task. but at least the kernel-docs completed for ppc64 that should be sufficient to validate the change.
