hi, this gives me errors on Leap 15.1:
File /usr/lib/rpm/fileattrs/mono.attr from install of mono-devel-6.8.0-lp151.4.5.x86_64 (home_lemmy04) conflicts with file from package rpm-4.14.1-lp151.14.3.1.x86_64 (@System)
I think that should be encapsulated in a build target version check.
