kwin5: %{_kf5_plugindir}/kcms/kcm_kwinrules.so is listed twice.
Indeed, that bug got copied from KUF. I'd fix after accepting if this is the only issue
kde-gtk-config5.changes has some commits and their revert in the changelog
same problem in ksysguard5.changes, libkscreen2.changes, plasma5-integration.changes, polkit-kde-agent-5.changes, powerdevil5.changes, xdg-desktop-portal-kde.changes
and drkonqi5.changes, breeze.changes
Does it really matter?
yes. we strip reverted commits from frameworks and apps release changelogs already
