Maybe it would be better to split out the plugin though to not force everybody to install libvoikko1 and its dependencies...

LGTM, though the new plugin should be in a sonnet-voikko subpackage which Provides: locale(sonnet:fi) so that it doesn't pull in the lib and data on all systems.
