Why not? It does not cost anything to keep a working off-switch for such features.

I don't see a need to require sonnet, but it probably doesn't matter much.

There is a typo in the changelog though:
sonnet-voiko instead of sonnet-voikko ;-)

Should this be forwarded to Leap 15.2 as well?
The bug report was against 15.2, and I'm not sure that Factory updates are still being forwarded automatically.
