Update to version 1.6
A new feature to get a snapshot of a running instance of cyclictest without stopping it, by sending SIGUSR2 to the PID and reading a shared memory segment, especially useful if running cyclictest over a long period of time.

And I see that it fail on factory entry due to sources different from upstream - see sr#814806 and when I build from pristin sources I get: [ 5s] File not found: /home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/rt-tests-1.6-0.x86_64/usr/bin/sendme [ 5s] File not found: /home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/rt-tests-1.6-0.x86_64/usr/share/man/man4/backfire.4.gz [ 5s] File not found: /home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/rt-tests-1.6-0.x86_64/usr/share/man/man8/sendme.8.gz
I hope I dont need to remind that changes are to be applied as patches, we dont adjust upstream tarballs.

Hi Martin, I resubmitted again as SR#815266, please have a look. This time have a more verbal change logs from 1.4 to 1.6 and changes are applied as patch.
