not sure how to time this properly as it requires a change to installation-images
why? at the moment. prefix/lib is still the same as libexecdir - so reasonably seen, it does not matter the sequence when the two adopt this change - unless libexecdir is being changed (which is not going to happen in the next few days)
Ah wait - I only managed to parse the libexecdir changes - but there is also a openSUSe-MicroOS -> MicroOS product rename in the game here.
So the i-i change 'just; will have to be in the same staging project; then they are step-locked
