1] could you please explain why? - IIRC ARMv6 doesn't support NEON so it is obvious, but why ARMv7? 2] you made some changes for spec files too
Not all armv7 systems have NEON.
The spec file update is automatic with spec cleaner service.
We do not want to require neon on armv7 as not all systems have it. a runtime detection is fine, but these libraries do not have such code.
is there any way to move this forward?
