Just for clarification, do we also have the test conflict in TW (python3-paramiko == 2.7.2) ? If not, should we conditionally disable the test and allow it for Tumbleweed?
The test has skipped (via decorator) if paramiko >= 2.7.0. So the test is not even running on TW.
