This fix is incorrect: the roundcubemail package should just drop the requirement to http_daemon as it already has a requirement for mod_php_any (which requires apache2-prefork and apache2). The requirement for http_daemon or recommend for httpd are completely redundant.
IMO requiring mod_php_any is the wrong one, because php functionality in a web server could as well be provided by php-fpm.
This is also what I suggested in boo#118032
In that case the configuration files for apache2 should be bundled in a subpackage like https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Packaging_PHP#Supporting_different_web_servers so that these would only be installed when needed and preferably configuration files for
nginx
,lighttpd
andphp-fpm
should also be provided. In its current state, the roundcubemail package requires apache2.
