- Add support for /etc/ssh/ssh_config.d and /etc/ssh/sshd_config.d
(openssh-8.4p1-ssh_config_d.patch)
If the user changes are separated from the distribution changes, updating will be much easier, especially for MicroOS/SLE Micro. I implemented it like other distributions, especially Fedora, are alreading doing since a longer time.

Note: One quirk of the ssh config we may later want to document inline is that only the first instance of a key is honored, so e.g. a ForwardX11 directive in 99-enable_x11_forwarding.conf will not be able to override a corresponding directive in 01-disable_x11_forwarding.conf.
