Let me to know what really breaks (pcre posix should't be too popular)
And I will fix the fallout myself.
- libpcre2-posix exports symbols that conflict with libc, so it
should not be pulled by pcre-devel only by applications that
explicitly BuildRequires: pkgconfig(libpcre-posix2) , split a
libpcre2-posix-devel package.

Current dependency list is misleading.. there are a lot of packages that got "infected" by this library in the last build..if it is no longer pulled by pcre-devel the real users will come to light.
