python-kiwi needs an upstream PR to avoid overwriting WSL appx AppxManifest.xml metadata, minimize diff to current so we can provide accurate testing of this PR as a patch in Virtualization:WSL.

There is a large changelog diff due to reformatting done sometime since this package was copied.
