Update spec file to force python3 as environment
Why? It worked just fine for multiple python versions.

The library is designed to work with python3 accordingly to script shebang

And all python3* packages of course provide /usr/bin/python3 (using update-alternatives to switch between multiple ones if installed).
Please, fix this and supersede this with new request.

I will fix and supersede but please consider that update-alternatives doesn't let you switch between python 2 and 3, at least on tumbleweed: update-alternatives --list python update-alternatives: error: no alternatives for python
