- libica-sles15sp2-FIPS-fix-inconsistent-error-handling.patch
- Fix up tests and hmac generation
+ libica-FIPS-make-it-possible-to-specify-fipshmac-binary.patch
- Remove obsolete attributes from filelists

Upstream has improved the FIPS support based on feedback so we can drop some of the SUSE - specific changes.

Now that upstream installs the FIPS hmac files in their build the spec needs adjustment for that.

Unfortunately, this will not get much testing by merging into Factory zSystems but maybe there are at least a couple of people testing it.
