Where did you get the info about version constraints for raspberrypi-firmware and raspberrypi-firmware-dt?

From the release notes, like this:

This requires the latest rpi-update firmware to work or else you will see a compatibility error on boot.

So I took the latest available version (at the moment of the eeprom release).
