restool is a user space application providing the ability to dynamically create and manage DPAA2 containers and objects from Linux.
This is especially useful/ needed to manage the dpmac network interfaces of the SolidRun Honeycomb LX2K (https://en.opensuse.org/HCL:HoneyComb_LX2K)
