The main reason for 2049 is that certtool cannot extend it further atm = https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/issues/971

In this specific case, there is already libsoup with version 3, so libsoup2 will hopefully be obsolete by then and for libsoup, there will hopefully be an update upstream in time.

We got rid of kde3 (and kde4?) in under 20 years. And otherwise, we can revisit this in 2035.
