We shouldn't need this in Tumbleweed,
libclc.pccontains the new path and Mesa picks that up. There is no reason to undo the correct transition to/usr/sharethat upstream did.We need it in Leap because Mesa has been compiled against a different
libclc.pcthere. (sr#931442)
