Fixed several issues mentioned in rh#748196
- clucene-config.h is not multilib safe thus shall not be installed in %_includedir
- fixed libclucene-core.pc to know about the new location
- CLuceneConfig.cmake only contains version info and no include path or link targets so shall not be in %_libdir/cmake/
