The package got build disabled and had its binaries wiped some time ago, also for Leap 15.2 and 15.3 which was incorrect (it uses the even older ones from the distro instead now). While it could still be fixed for 15.3, that's very close to EOL so IMO not worth it. Let's just delete this now then.
We need to keep this package available until all the repositories we want to build against have the updated yast2-firstboot package available.
We should adjust the meta of this package to disable both "build" and "use-for-build" for TW right now though.
We also need to adjust this package from a (currently broken) link to TW to a standalone copy.
