Please find the postgis package which is well maintained by upstream, as contributor here in obs, and is much desired by end-user.
I welcome any suggestion of improvement of this beast ;-)

Can a human please have a look? That auto-task seems no be able to handle special cases like this!
You can do
%if "%{ext_name}" == ""
Name: postgis
%else
...
as workaround
Thanks Fabian, I will check how darix has done that part. Normally the extension was made exactly as all other pg packages ... but we are not at one workaround in this spec so.
There is "Name: %{ext_name}" in the "%if "%{pg_name}" == """ part (would be line 64 in postgis.spec)
