Not really a fan - we test one thing in ring and then do something else int he product... worst possible idea?
If the -j1 is just for reproducible builds - we don't need that in any unpublished repo
So possible _with_ringdisabled is not the proper macro - but introduce a _require_reproducible_builds in openSUSE:Factory ?
That implies that it is somehow checked and fails if not reproducible
For lack of better macros I think we go with ring_disabled for now and hope it won't spark even funnier differences in other packages
