I want to submit this towards Factory
so that my autoclassify tools work on all repos derived from it
and I don't have to use --alternative-project

So I don't mind you maintaining it in devel:tools - but as I mentioned this is not fit for O:F
Fine with me, but to submit to Factory you will need to move out of /usr/local
/usr/local is needed so it can wrap calls to
dateand such. Maybe we could use a custom $PATH instead, if that is a problem?And I would think this requires a big disclaimer - replacing /dev/random and thing is nothing you expect from installing a package.
We can disable publishing. It is mostly for use within OBS/osc.

That should be fine. Normal Copyright expires 70 years after death of author, so not anytime soon.
