My attempt to build some cool apps on opensuse

Packaging applications from Elementary OS and the Pantheon Desktop.

Progress:
* gsignond: conflict with signond that can be required for Qt apps
* elementary-mail: update to version > 1.0.8
* wingpanel-indicator-a11y: update to stable release
* switch to the gsettings default configuration (https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/645054):
- wingpanel does not work with the default gnome theme (https://github.com/elementary/wingpanel/issues/2)
* headache: applying patches to upstream sources (https://github.com/elementary/os-patches)
* etc (see: https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/X11:Pantheon:Next)
