Zooming Predictive Text Entry System

Edit Package dasher

Dasher is a zooming predictive text entry system, designed for
situations where keyboard input is impractical (for instance:
accessibility or PDAs). It is usable with greatly limited amounts of
physical input while still allowing high rates of text entry.

- Disable AT-SPI (1) support. It will not work correctly anyhow
  since GNOME 3 uses AT-SPI 2.
- Require xtst; needed if AT-SPI is not enabled.

- Remove libgnomeui-devel from BuildRequires. Require
gconf2-devel and gtk2-devel. Dasher doesn't check for libgnomeui
if AT-SPI is disabled and does not appear to use it.
