 * compiler: Fixed a bug where incorrect code was generated following a binary match guard.
 * erts: Fixed a rare bug where files could be closed on a
   normal instead of an IO scheduler, resulting in system
   instability if the operation blocked.
 * public_key: Add DSA SHA2 oids in public_keys ASN1-spec and public_key:pkix_sign_types/1
- Fix instructions for changing address for epmd.socket service. The ListenStream option needs to be completely overriden otherwise the
  socket will be started with multiple ListenStream options and it will fail.
