The gEDA project is a full GPL'd suite and toolkit of Electronic Design Automation tools. These tools are used for electrical circuit design, schematic capture, simulation, prototyping, and production. Currently, the gEDA project offers a mature suite of free software applications for electronics design, including schematic capture, attribute management, bill of materials (BOM) generation, netlisting into over 20 netlist formats, analog and digital simulation, and printed circuit board (PCB) layout.

hello, I am running the Tumbleweed standard package 1.9.2 of geda-gschem. My Desktop is also just the standard distribution. No tweaking. In gschem, any menu-item I click on brings up only the 'About ...' Notice.Any toolbar item clicked first time functions, but cannot switch to another tool.
I am a long-time user of gschem on Windows and Linux and I have used standard distribution-given packages.gschem has always worked for me.But not this time.
This could be some packaging prob ?
