A set of programs that can be used in the debian/rules file to automate frequent tasks related to building Debian packages. This set contains programs to install various files into a package, compress files, correct permissions, integrate the package with the Debian menu system, debconf, doc-base, etc. Used in the process of building most Debian packages.
