Sure, I'll add you. My understanding is that we cannot submit this to Factory, because it's merely a package that install Zotero's binary, and doesn't contain, thus certainly not build from, sources. I don't think that'll fly with Factory rules. I'm happy to hear diverging opinions, I'm not a dev, so I only have a superficial understanding of build stuff.
(Also, I think Zotero should belong to "Publishing" repo, which contains e.g. TeXLive, rather than "science", but that may be just me...)
