lighttpd http server, this 1.4.63 with some patch backported for Debian 10 and 11.. optimized: have sse enabled build and newer features now standarized, lighttpd developers are another couple of obtused geeks so we packaged a better way to provide better support.

Now lighttpd becomes more active, with those features:
* HTTP/2 enabled by default
* strict URL parsing and normalization on HTTP requests
* TLS OCSP stapling, TLS session ticket key rotation control, TLS library options
+ OpenSSL, with min protocol as TLSv1.2 but still capable of TLSv1.0
+ mbedTLS (without OCSP stapling due library limitation)
+ wolfSSL, GnuTLS, NSS enabled in this packages, but with limitations
* Comṕression now is "deflate" with brotly and zstd support
* TLS-ALPN-01, systemd socket activation
