- update to 1.82.0:
* Fix issue-585: reading tiff rgb with tiffbpl = 1.5 * packedbpl.
* Fix issue-586: failure to properly wrap tiff-g4 in pdf without
transcoding. The fix is to do transcoding for tiff-g4, as was
done before April 2021.
