- Update to version 1.0.5
* Fix NULL pointer dereference (FORWARD_NULL) found by Coverity.
* Add a download connection timeout of 30 seconds.
* Fix issue with --no-merge command line option.
* Fix handling of default ignore files.
* Allow repeated calls to enable the same rule source without
exiting with an error.
